The hotel offers a mix of comfort and frustration. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, providing a good resting space, but I faced significant noise issues that hindered my sleep. The dining area isn't ideal for breakfast, which was disappointing, and the service experienced during peak times left much to be desired.

My stay here had its ups and downs. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, easily the best I've ever had, and the overall experience was quite pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the room and the price I ended up paying due to the timing of my visit, which felt a bit excessive.

We chose this hotel mainly for its location near Twickenham Stadium, but overall, the experience left much to be desired.
